The two floors that make up BallieBallerson are expertly groomed adult playgrounds, including everything from glow-in-the-dark graffiti murals to an underground club decked out with an indoor ball pit boasting 250,000 clear balls lit up by a LED dance floor and DJs spinning funk and ragged house music.
It is, after all, a bar and the otherworldly cocktails are served with planet themes; Neptune is based on charcoal and liquid nitrogen and beware of Uranus - it's undrinkable until you've guzzled the Miracle Berry pill on-hand. Saturday and Sunday bottomless brunches feature never-ending Prosecco and punch, spaghetti and meat balls, and hide and seek in the ball pit.
For all the mayhem this hot spot nightlife venue exudes, the sheer delight comes from channeling the boundless energy of a 3-year-old and just running with it 'till last call. Because at the end of the day, the child within needs a breather here and there, and BallieBallerson makes up for it in spades.
