New York has a Pop-Up Ice Cream Museum - and it’s Amazing

New York City just added yet another amazing attraction to its already impressive portfolio of sites. From July 29 to September 10, 2016, a pop-up ice cream museum will delight anyone with a sweet-tooth. Located in the city’s Meatpacking District, this temporary exhibition is the brainchild of Maryellis Bunn, who has always dreamt of establishing an interactive ice cream wonderland in New York City. According to Bunn, the Museum of Ice Cream “is all about our shared love of ice cream, summer, and one another.”

If you are in New York and lucky enough to snatch up one of the rare tickets, you will be able to enjoy ice cream-inspired art and history, a pool of rainbow sprinkles (sadly, not edible ones), an immersive chocolate room, edible balloons, an ice cream sandwich swing and ice cream scooper see-saw, and of course ice-cream from some of the best ice cream makers in New York.
