Putting a twist on the traditional concept of a drive-in movie theater, Jason Anello and Anna Boyarsky dreamed up a free bike-in theater event, complete with delicious snacks, an awesome movie and, of course, bicycles. Their vision came to life last summer in Brooklyn and now they are aiming to repeat the event in both New York City and San Francisco.
Anello and Boyarsky are rallying for funds on Kickstarter in order to cover costs ranging from space rental and projection equipment to securing movie rights. They are hoping to launch the bi-coastal 2012 Bike-In-Theater tour to give more people the opportunity to experience a magical bicycle movie night.
