Storytellers for Good is a group of journalists and photographers dedicated to promoting stories of kindness and good-doing. Cara Jones, a seasoned, award-winning journalist, founded Storytellers for Good out of frustration with the constant stream of negative news and depressing headlines that were the focus of her job for many years.
Driven by a passion to tell inspiring stories of kindness and good deeds, Storytellers for Good put together well-crafted and heart-wrenching videos. Then they set out to promote these stories via social media channels. We were especially moved by this video: the story of 3 homeless runners who run the Chicago Marathon, backed up by the organization Back on My Feet.
