3. ELENA’S PANTRY PALEO BREAD
Going gluten-free is so easy with Elena’s Pantry, because her recipes are all so easy and require only a few basic ingredients. (Just make sure that basic includes almond meal and coconut flour, which she uses in most of her recipes.) Elena’s paleo loaf is her classic bread, which can then be played around with for more variation. It’s yeast-free, too, which makes it stand out among many other GF bread recipes!
4. AGAINST ALL GRAIN
