What Your Children Really Want for Christmas [VIDEO]
Hint: It's not a toy.
The message of this commerical from IKEA in Spain is crystal clear - children want to spend time with their parents. More than anything else. Sure, they like presents too - video games and musical instruments and toys and whatnot. But most of all, they treasure family meals, time in the park and just goofing around.
In this cute ad, a series of children are asked to write two letters, one to the Three Kings (a Spanish equivalent of Santa), and one to their parents. In both letters, the children are asked to request Christmas presents - yet the results are so starkly different.
What a beautiful reminder to focus on the things that really matter - and that they're not things, at all.
