What do we talk about when we talk about environmental awareness? Trees, energy saving and the outdoors usually take up the conversation. Technology? Interaction? Creativity? Less so. But then - Global Inheritance changes the rules of the game.
For this nonprofit, it's all about empowering people to become forward-thinking leaders with innovative projects and creative initiatives. Using art and experimental learning, Global Inheritance are reinventing activism with mind blowing projects all over the world; some of these are on a grand scale at festivals, while others are held at schools or offices.
One really cool idea is the Energy Playground: a set of swings, a merry-go-round, hamster wheels and other fun-filled devices powered by visitors - a chance for adults and children to experience the rewards of energy creation, as well as learn first hand about the power they have to create impact.
Global Inheritance is redefining environmental awareness, adding a good dose of fun to doing good.
