The folks at 1 Million Square Feet decided to perform a social experiment to answer the
question: will people open up if they do not feel judged?
To test out the theory, they enlisted the help of BlabDroids –adorable sweet-voiced robots who are making the world’s first documentary shot by robots.
In this video, the unassuming bots approach complete strangers, asking them personal questions like, “tell me something that you've never told a stranger before and “if you died tomorrow, what would you regret the most?” Over 75 people at Art Week in Miami opened up to the mechanical devices proving that vulnerability and openness can indeed be sprung from a nonjudgmental gaze.
