Meet Zac Lanza - the British volunteer that built a house in Tanzania for a family of eight.
This heart-warming video tells a story of true grassroots activism - a testament to how much one person can do to make the world a better place. Zac Lanza, a British volunteer, took on the task of building a home for a Tanzanian family of eight after participating in an International Volunteer HQ program. He spent two years working and fundraising for the project - which ultimately changed the lives of its beneficiaries. This video shows the construction process, the community cooperation, and most of all - the joy and comfort Zac's project brought to his Tanzanian friends.
Since completing the project in 2013, Zac has been hard at work providing further sustainable housing solutions for needy communities in rural Tanzania through his registered charity - The House That Zac Built.
