People make promises to themselves every day, and while there are apps galore to keep goals, sometimes the best laid plans are not actualized.
The new platform Promise or Pay is working to change the way folks attain their objectives while contributing to the social good. The online honor system lets anyone make a public promise, and if the person does not follow through with their stated intention, they pay a nominated amount of money to a charity of their choice.
Promise or Pay is the brainchild of Jay Boolkin, and the recently launched app is getting fast recognition and accolades for its innovative approach to motivating people to follow their dreams while giving back.
