LEGO has been around for 65 years and its popularity with kids and adults hasn’t waned in the least. Now the inventive toy company is asking the public to be a part of their creative process by crowdsourcing ideas for new and amazing Lego sets. With a bit of imagination, anyone and everyone is invited to create their LEGO dream model, photograph it and write a convincing project description. To reach the next step, 10,000 votes of support are required to arrive at the official LEGO Review in which a board of set designers and marketing reps evaluate each project. If you are one of the talented lucky ones to make it that far, the LEGO team will transform your incredible design into a real LEGO product that will be marketed and sold around the world. Some popular ideas that are looking for backing include Ghostbusters Headquarters, a fossil museum and the Hubble Space Telescope. Some models have already made the cut and are being sold, yours could be next!
