Kids and staff at the Inova Children’s Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia had a very special surprise guest last weekend when no other than Wonder Woman herself came to pay a visit.
Gal Gadot, who is currently filming parts of the upcoming Wonder Woman sequel in Virginia and Washington, D.C., took a break from the set to meet the hospital's little patients in full costume.
Gadot's impromptu appearance delighted young and old fans of the Israeli actress alike, with plenty of pictures showing everyone's gleaming faces.
Dr. Lucas Collazo, who works at the pediatric medical center, tweeted a sweet photo of the 33-year-old actress surrounded by a group of his colleagues.

This was not the first time Gadot’s surprised her fans with an unscheduled drop-in and will certainly not be the last given her stance on humanitarian endeavors and ambassadorship. This just goes to show that while Wonder Woman ist just a character, all it takes is just a little love and compassion to turn us all into superheroes.
