Test yourself and your fitness
The best way, reports the NYT, is to take care of your body and plan for the future is to assess yourself today. Your current fitness situation and your predisposition to certain conditions are great ways to plan and choose how you spend your time exercising.

Getting professional help to create an exercise routine is ideal. That way you can tell your trainer what you are working towards, what exercises you used to do and currently do. Your trainer can help you find an appropriate plan.
