A 1967 Futuristic Visit in 2001

It was 1967, in the CBS show, The 21st Century, when presenter Walter Cronkite outlined what the home office in 2001 would look like. Showing humungous computers, the vision is pretty accurate, and includes features that may have seemed like science fiction in the late 60's: checking the weather and stocks in real time via the computer, and even - “instant written communication between individuals anywhere in the world.”
