Whether you dance daily in front of the mirror or only bust a groove at weddings, dancing always has the ability to make you feel good. Not only is it fun, expressive and a great form of exercise, getting your body moving to the beat of good music also makes you smarter. Yet another reason to dust off those dancing shoes and get those feet moving.
