It is important to go outdoors and keep doing the physical activity you are used to, both for your physical and mental health. However, you don’t have to do these things during the hottest times of the day. In fact, it is recommended to do physical activity and enjoy the sun during the cooler parts of the day, such as the early morning and late afternoon. Scream for ice…pops!
