How much energy do you really use? Are you as eco-savvy as you hope to be? Queensland University of Technology’s student Erica Pozzey came up with a super cool device that measures your energy usage in real time to answer all these questions.
Called Triad Energy, Pozzey’s invention enables users to set target energy usage, measure current usage, and - watch the social element - also shows how much energy other Triad users expend.
Do you love this idea? Pozzey’s concept is not on the market, but if you want to know how you fare in the environmental scale, you may also measure your eco-footprint.
